Who these Jellyfil terms are between

These terms are between you and Jellyfildaily, the USA Authorized Jellyfil Retailer, and they cover your use of jellyfildaily.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, the honest answer is to stop using the site.

They are not the terms of your purchase. The sale itself is made on the seller's checkout under the terms published there, including price, taxes, shipping and the money-back window. Where the checkout terms and anything written here differ, the checkout terms govern the sale.

Using this website

The rules are short and ordinary. They exist so the pages stay accurate and available.

• You are 18 or older. This product and this site are for adults
• You use the site for personal, lawful purposes
• You do not copy the pages wholesale, scrape them, or republish them as your own
• You do not use our name, logo or text to suggest we endorse another product or seller

   Orders ship from the US. Tracking arrives in the order email. Delivery dates belong to the carrier and are outside anyone's control here.

   The 60-day window runs from purchase

   Not from delivery, and not from the day you open the bottle. The checkout page states the terms in full, and they are what apply.

Two practical points sit inside that sequence. First, an order you want changed or cancelled has to be caught before it is dispatched, which usually means a phone call rather than an email. Second, the money-back window keeps running while a parcel is in transit or sitting unopened, so the date on your confirmation email is worth putting in a calendar the day it arrives.

Refunds, returns and the return address are set out on the refund policy page, and delivery detail is on the shipping page. Both describe the seller's process. Neither page can override what the checkout says on the day you pay.

What this site does not promise

Two different promises get confused in this aisle, so we separate them. A money-back window is a promise about your money. Nothing here is a promise about your body.

The product pages describe what the printed panel says: one gummy a day, nine ingredients inside an 82 mg blend with only the caffeine given its own number, and 3 g of added sugar a gummy. Accuracy, links and the limits of our liability
