Start here: the six questions people ask first
Most questions about Jellyfil come down to the same handful, and all of them are answered from the printed Supplement Facts panel rather than the sales listing. The table gives the short version and points at the page that goes further.
| Question | Short answer | The long answer lives on |
|---|---|---|
| What is in it? | Nine named ingredients inside one 82 mg blend, plus 3 g of added sugar | Supplement Facts |
| How much of each? | Not published, except caffeine at 5 mg | Ingredients |
| How do I take it? | One gummy a day, no time of day given | How to use |
| Is it safe for me? | That depends on your medicines and your health, so ask a doctor | Side effects |
| What does it cost? | Set at checkout. We publish no prices | Pricing |
| Can I send it back? | 60 days from purchase, through the order desk | Refund policy |
One fact runs underneath nearly every answer below. Nine ingredients share a single proprietary blend weighing 82 mg, which the label calls equivalent to about 567 mg of dry powders. The sales listing names six of those nine and calls the product a 6-in-1 formula. Where the two disagree, the printed label counts.
- 1 gummy a day, 30 gummies a bottle, so a bottle is a month
- Nine names on the panel, six on the listing
- One published amount inside the blend: caffeine, 5 mg
- 3 g of added sugar a gummy, 6% of the Daily Value
- Adults 18 and over, and a doctor first if you take any medicine
Questions we will not answer, and why
Three kinds of question arrive that no honest page can settle.
- How much maca, ashwagandha or arginine is in a gummy. Only the caffeine carries a number
- Whether it will work for you, or when. No study of the finished gummy exists and no reviews are published here
- Whether it is safe alongside your prescription. That needs someone who can see your full medicine list

Jellyfil: 26 questions, answered
What is Jellyfil?
Jellyfil is a chewable gummy dietary supplement sold for adult men's daily wellness. One gummy is a serving and a bottle holds 30, so a bottle covers a month. It is a supplement, not a medicine, and its label carries the standard line that its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
How do I take Jellyfil?
The printed label says: “Take 1 gummy once daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a qualified health care professional.” That is one gummy, once a day. No time of day is given, so pick one you will remember and keep to it.
What happens if I miss a day?
The label says nothing about a missed day, and there is no catching up to do at this dose. Take the next one as usual. Do not take two.
How many ingredients does Jellyfil contain?
The printed panel names nine inside the blend: muira puama extract, maca extract, catuaba extract, green tea extract, caffeine at 5 mg, ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed extract.
Why does the sales listing say six ingredients?
The listing names six and calls the product a 6-in-1 formula. The three it leaves out are green tea extract, caffeine at 5 mg and horny goat weed extract. The printed panel on the bottle names all nine, and the panel is the document that counts.
How big is the Jellyfil blend?
82 mg in total, shared by all nine ingredients. The label adds that this is equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders, which is the fairest way to picture it. For contrast, the same gummy carries 3 g of added sugar, which is 3,000 mg. Both numbers are printed on the same panel.
How much of each ingredient is in a gummy?
Not published. A proprietary blend is only required to declare its total weight, with the contents listed in order of how much there is. So horny goat weed cannot weigh more than muira puama in this gummy, but nobody outside the manufacturer knows the gap.
Does Jellyfil contain caffeine?
Yes, 5 mg, printed on the panel. The FDA uses 400 mg a day as a reference point for healthy adults and puts a cup of brewed coffee at roughly 95 mg, so 5 mg is about a twentieth of a cup (FDA). Green tea extract is also on the panel and can carry caffeine of its own, in an amount the label does not give.
How much sugar is in one gummy?
Three grams, all of it added sugar, which the panel puts at 6% of the Daily Value. Corn syrup and cane sugar are the first two items on the other-ingredients line. Taken daily, that adds up, and anyone counting added sugar should count this.
Is Jellyfil vegetarian?
The panel lists apple pectin and no gelatin, so the gelling agent is not animal-derived. That is worth knowing, because plenty of gummies in this aisle are set with gelatin. It does not settle the whole claim, because natural flavors is an undefined term that can be animal-derived.
Is it gluten free and dairy free?
The listing carries gluten free and dairy free seals, and nothing on the printed other-ingredients line is a gluten or dairy source. No allergen testing was supplied and the label prints no allergen statement, so anyone with a diagnosed allergy should ask the order desk first.
Is Jellyfil FDA approved?
No. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before they go on sale. The label itself prints the line that its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
What does the FDA-registered facility seal mean?
It means a facility appears on an FDA list of registered plants. Registration is a listing, not an inspection result and not approval. The printed label goes no further than the sentence produced in a GMP facility, with no audit, certifying body or date attached.
Are there lab results or a certificate of analysis?
None were supplied. The lot and reference codes that appear with this product are draft label text, not laboratory proof. The batch page explains what those codes are and what you can actually check on your own bottle.
Why are there no reviews or star ratings on this site?
Because the review score, the counts and the named reviewer lines that came with this product are layout copy, and the photographs beside them are stock portraits of people with no connection to the product. Publishing any of it would be manufacturing evidence.
How long does Jellyfil take to work?
No timeline is published, no study of the finished gummy exists, and this site publishes no customer reports. What can be planned is the decision window: a bottle is 30 days and the money-back window is 60 days from purchase.
Can Jellyfil help with erection problems?
No claim of that kind is made here, and none should be. Nothing on this site says the product treats, relieves or improves any condition. Trouble with erections is common and is often a symptom of something else, including heart and blood vessel disease, diabetes, hormone problems, several common medicines, and stress or depression (NIDDK). That belongs with a doctor.
Who should not take Jellyfil?
Anyone under 18, and anyone pregnant or nursing. The label also says to consult a doctor before use if you take medications or have a medical condition, which covers a lot of people. The who it is for page has the full checklist.
Does it interact with medicines?
Ask your doctor, and name the ingredients rather than the brand. Ashwagandha has been linked in rare cases to liver injury and interacts with sedatives, thyroid, diabetes, blood pressure and immunosuppressant medicines (NCCIH). High-dose green tea extract has also been linked to rare liver injury (LiverTox).
Are products in this category ever contaminated?
The FDA keeps a public notification list for sexual enhancement products found to contain undeclared prescription drug ingredients, and says many products in the category are likely to be contaminated and pose a serious health risk (FDA). Nothing supplied for this product says it is contaminated. The list is an argument for buying from a seller you can telephone.
Can I take it with alcohol, or with coffee?
The label says nothing about either. At 5 mg the caffeine here is trivial next to a cup of coffee, so the caffeine is not the reason to think about it. Alcohol is a question for a doctor if you drink regularly or take medicine.
How much does Jellyfil cost?
No price was supplied to us, so none is printed anywhere on this site. Packs of 2, 3 and 6 bottles go through the same checkout, and the current figures appear there before you pay.
How do I get a refund?
Call the order desk on +1 (507) 448-8190 or email [email protected] with your order ID, inside 60 days of purchase. Returns go to 1 Astor Place, Floor 8, New York, NY 10003 with your name, order email and order ID in the parcel. You pay return postage. Refunds are issued 3 to 5 business days after processing and take another 5 to 10 days to reach the card.
Why can't the website email help with my order?
Because [email protected] has no access to the order system. It handles these pages, corrections, privacy and press, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Anything with an order number goes to +1 (507) 448-8190.
How should I store the bottle?
At room temperature, 59 to 86 degrees F, with the cap closed and out of reach of children. Do not use the bottle if the seal under the cap is broken or missing. All of that is printed on the label.
What is the honest summary?
It is a sugar-based gummy carrying a small herbal blend. The blend is 82 mg across nine ingredients, the sugar is 3,000 mg, and only one of the nine has a published amount. If you want measured doses, a single-ingredient product will tell you more.
