Jellyfil Libido: What Stands Behind the First Printed Phrase?
Jellyfil libido is the first of four printed phrases, marked with a dagger. It leans on maca and muira puama, the first two names in an 82 mg blend, with no amounts published. A review of four randomized trials called the maca evidence limited. No study of the finished gummy is published.

The first phrase on the sales page speaks of libido and sexual desire. A search for jellyfil libido is a search for that promise. This post takes the phrase apart. It names the two ingredients that sit under it, counts the research on each, and shows how little the label says about amounts.

What does the jellyfil libido phrase actually say?
It reads: Increase Libido and Sexual Desire, followed by a dagger. The dagger leads to one footnote that every phrase on the page sits inside. That footnote says the statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Phrases of this kind are allowed on supplement labels. Allowed is not the same as proven. This is marketing wording printed with a dagger, not a result.
Which ingredients sit behind jellyfil libido?
Two lead the printed order. Muira puama is first and maca is second. By the labeling rule, names in a blend run in descending order by weight, so muira puama is the heaviest of the nine and maca weighs no more than it.
Muira puama is an Amazonian bark with a long traditional reputation and very little controlled human research behind it. Maca is a Peruvian root eaten as a food crop and sold worldwide as a supplement.
| Name | Printed place | What the research says |
|---|---|---|
| Muira puama | 1 of 9 | Traditional reputation, very little controlled human research |
| Maca | 2 of 9 | Review of 4 randomized trials: limited evidence |
| Amounts of either | Not applicable | Not published |
What did the review of four trials find for jellyfil libido?
A systematic review gathered four randomized trials of maca. It found limited evidence that maca improves sexual function. It also said that the number of trials, their sample sizes and their quality were too limited for firm conclusions. The authors were Shin, Lee, Yang, Lim and Ernst, in 2010.
Four is a small count, and the reviewers said so. This site does not publish a trial dose for maca, so there is no like-for-like comparison with a gummy. The finished gummy has not been studied.
How much maca could the jellyfil libido gummy hold?
Not published. If names are listed by weight, maca is at least as heavy as the names after it, so at least 5 mg, the weight of caffeine. For a top limit, assume muira puama and maca weigh the same, catuaba and green tea extract weigh 5 mg each and caffeine 5 mg, with the last four near nothing. That leaves 67 mg for the top two, so maca is at most 33.5 mg.
So maca is somewhere between 5 mg and under 34 mg of an 82 mg blend. This is an inference from the printed order, not a published fact. The label also says the blend is equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders, a figure that covers all nine names together.
Is jellyfil libido a question for a supplement or a doctor?
A change in desire can have many causes, including stress, medicines, hormone problems and heart or blood vessel disease. A doctor can sort out which applies. A supplement cannot, and this one does not claim to. Jellyfil does not treat, cure, relieve or prevent any condition.
Talk to your doctor before use if you take any medicine, especially nitrates or blood pressure medicine, or have a heart condition. Read our does it work post for what the label and research let us say.
What can you count instead of the jellyfil libido promise?
The panel gives a short list of facts you can check: one gummy a day, thirty gummies a bottle, nine names printed, caffeine at 5 mg, 3 g of added sugar and a 60-day money-back window. None is a health benefit.
This site publishes no customer reviews and no timeline, because none is verified. Results vary from person to person. The benefits page checks all four phrases one at a time. Not for under 18, pregnant or nursing. Jellyfil is not FDA approved, and no supplement is.

Our view
The jellyfil libido phrase rests on two names with a traditional reputation and a thin evidence base. The amounts are not printed, and arithmetic suggests they are modest.
If desire is a worry, a doctor is the useful step. If you are simply curious, read the panel, keep expectations at the size of the number, and use the 60-day window wisely.
